Job Description

We are seeking a motivated SAP Solutions Business Developer who will be responsible for generating leads, creating market demand, and converting opportunities into successful business deals. The role requires bridging the gap between marketing and sales while leveraging knowledge of SAP and IT services to deliver value to clients. The candidate will own the complete sales journey and contribute directly to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for SAP, Testing, CRM, and Web/Mobile Application services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Bridge marketing campaigns with sales execution to improve conversion.
  • Understand client requirements and position appropriate SAP/IT solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
  • Work closely with delivery and technical teams to create customized proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business expansion.
  • Track sales pipeline, performance metrics, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP solutions and IT services ecosystem.
  • Understanding of Software Testing, CRM platforms, and Website/Application Development.
  • Strong learning and adaptability skills.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services sales or SAP domain.
  • MBA in Marketing / Business / IT (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in B2B sales environment.

What We Offer

  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
